We stay focused on critical dates, accounting and business information and other key activities, reporting to clients across the portfolio at regular intervals.
Our team takes global responsibility for in-house property administration, either some or all of it as the client requires, covering such roles as managing properties, leases and transactions.

The aim is to proactively bridge the gaps between business, market and lease event drivers across an owned and leased portfolio. Our team works with key business stakeholders to provide strategic advice, which creates value, while also making savings across the client’s business property interests.
The team has a base in the UK as well as in Hong Kong and the USA to provide global coverage. Our focus and understanding of clients’ business objectives comes from having several directors in the team with client-side experience, some of whom have worked for some of the world’s largest occupier businesses.
