He also oversees the Research & Valuation service line and has vast experience in exercising financial and administrative controls and in negotiations of various contracts.

Fazal has worked for the business since July 2012. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Fazal worked for Scottish Windows Fund, (London) in 1973-1974 and Pakistan International Airlines and PIA Head Office, Karachi, Pakistan (January 1975 to November 2009) at various positions including managing the Airport Hotel.

He retired from PIA as Chief Internal Auditor in 2009. After PIA, he worked with Carlton Resort Hotel & Club, Karachi, Pakistan (June 2011 – December 2011) as Executive Director.
